The Library offers:
- a growing and up-to-date collection of books for children, young adults, and adults.
- e-books, audio books, large print books, newspapers, magazines, DVD’s and CD’s.
- quiet reading areas to relax and read a good book, magazine or newspaper.
- a section of paperback books that are available for loan without a library card.
- special programs, often held in the Armstrong Public Meeting Room of the Library.
- regular programs for children and for adults, some of which are sponsored by an active Friends of the Library group.
- the Friends of the Library biannual book sales.
